Good location, value for money

Location : very close to Taipei main station and Zhongshan metro station so it is very convenient to get around taipei from the hotel. Carrefour supermarket is just next to the hotel and there are variety of food stall/restaurants nearby. Room : I requested room at high floor and got upgraded too 7th floor which is more quiet from the noise on the corridor. Bed : big and comfy so we can have a good rest.

We booked 4 rooms and Wifi in my room was very poor but others were OK.

10 min walk to airport MRT but it far from MRT.

10 min walk to airport MRT but it far from MRT. If you come from MRT, Taipei city mall Exit Y17 is best Exit. This hotel located near the ningxia night market around 10 min walk that have a lot of traditional Taiwan food. We can deposit our luggage at hotel before check in.

The check in was terrible and slow. Then They gave us a room with no windows and they didn’t even tell us during the check in. When I complained they said that the rooms with windows were full... however, when we booked on booking.com,it was not mentioned.

No hesitation in staying here again, overall very happy with the experience

Good beds, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean! quiet at night, good dark curtains. good cold a/c easy to find, convenient to Taipei main station.

The room was clean.

The check in staffs and manager on duty were extremely incompetent. Could not answer my questions about if there would be a pre-authorization charge to my card. The check in did not go smoothly at all. The room I was allocated 702 was very noisy from the escalator. Even though I asked for a quiet room. When I asked to change the room the manager refused even though later I found that there were extra rooms left. I find lying by the managements unacceptable. Very low class service from the hotel. Its location is very far from the MRT station. 10-15 min walk. Look for other hotels to stay, there are definitely better ones.

comfortable stay hotel

there are very nice restaurants close to the hotel , we enjoyed the stay. The bed is Ok, bathroom is clean and good smell. No big noise and quite room!

it is not close to the Metro station, need to walk at least 10-15minutes.

The location is not too bad, 5 min walk from airport...

The location is not too bad, 5 min walk from airport metro/ exit 17 of Taipei metro mall. However, it is closer to Zhongshan MRT station (Exit 6). The neighbourhood is good. The room is average. During the holiday, the price is reasonable.

The cleanliness (esp bathroom) could be better. There are no many proper restaurants nearby.

Cold but extremely straightforward good business hotel.

Breakfast was quite heavy with plenty of choices.

Front desk staff members were not at all that friendly even if I pass them by every so often. They even hardly smile. My request for early check-in was not even granted. Housekeeping staff is quite the opposite—with morning greetings and smiles warmly extended.
